It depicts one of the small, narrow and quiet passageways in the heart of the city. I've used pretty shades of turquoise, ochre, aquas and greens plus a vibrant red for the bridge. Description: NOT A PRINT - ONE OF A KIND ! This is a fairly large acrylic painting, done on canvas and then varnished. The painting is of two elephants under the bright African moonlight - their silhouettes (and that of the tree) standing out against the blues of the evening sky. I have used a palette knife to do the sky to give the painting texture and a swirly effect. The paint protudes thickly off the canvas.
